I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate offering personalized, trauma-informed therapy for adults. I provide in-person and walk-and-talk sessions in Seattle’s Fremont and Green Lake neighborhoods, as well as telehealth services throughout Washington State.
If you’re seeking therapy that is compassionate, socially aware, and deeply personalized, I offer support that goes beyond symptom management and invite you into meaningful growth, healing, and self-connection. My therapeutic practice is relational and integrative, combining evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs. Whether you’re facing a major life transition, managing chronic stress, or seeking clarity and growth, I provide a grounded, collaborative space for healing.
I’m especially passionate about helping clients “break cycles,” whether intergenerational patterns, internalized beliefs, or relationship dynamics that no longer serve them. Clients appreciate my calm, attuned presence and my ability to offer both deep listening and practical insight.
With over a decade of experience in the healthcare field, I bring a deep understanding of complex systems and client care. My background includes community-based social work, inpatient psychiatric care, childcare, and work within legal and social support systems. This broad perspective shapes my therapeutic approach and enables me to support clients navigating both emotional challenges and structural barriers that impact mental health.
I am LGBTQIA2+ allied and affirming of all identities, neurotypes, and body sizes and abilities, and I align with Health at Every Size (HAES) principles. I view mental health as deeply connected to systems of power, privilege, and oppression, and I strive to hold space that honors the fullness of each client’s lived experience.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University Seattle and am licensed in Washington State (License #MC61653696). I am currently under the supervision of Brittany Donahue (License #LW60418035) and am committed to ongoing professional growth while adhering to Washington State licensing requirements.
